Our family business [Tax Registration Number (ΑΦΜ) 136007874, General Commercial Registry Number (ΓΕ.ΜΗ.) 42199101000] was founded 31 years ago in Athens. Since then, it is engaged in importing and trading sports and martial arts equipment. The shop started its operation 5 blocks above the present one by judoka Athanasios Kaparos, which is intertwined with his background in martial arts and most of all with his love for judo.
We are the exclusive representatives of Matsuru, company since we started operating our business. MATSURU is an international Dutch company that exclusively deals with martial arts equipment and is focused on manufacturing products of high quality. It is no coincidence that many of our customers keep telling stories about gi (uniforms) of the company that have endured more than 10 years of use. The company has created a worldwide reputation for its judogi, as it emphasizes on judo. The logo of MATSURU, the dragon, is a synonym for durability and comfort.
Also, a recent cooperation with the German company IPPON GEAR emerged, which has in recent years dynamically entered in the field of judo.
