Return Policy
Our shop accepts exchanges and returns.
We remain at your disposal even after the purchase either because the item is not the right size or because it is not what you wanted.
All you need to have is the item and its packaging in perfect condition as well as the purchase document.
Exchanges and returns are made within 14 calendar days after the purchase.
Returns will be made upon agreement after contacting us at info@budokas.gr at the expense and
responsibility of the customer. Returns made without prior agreement and with a charge of budokas.gr will not be accepted.

Exchange of the item purchased from your place via Geniki Taxydrimiki
- Contact us by phone or email to let us know about the exchange.
- Call Geniki Taxydromiki to collect the item purchased or drop it in one shop of Geniki Taxydromiki netwok. Shipping information: Budokas (Kaparos Ioannis), 10 Filippidou, Athens, 10434. Phone: +30 210 8212164. Upon parcel delivery, you will inform the courier that the shipment is at the recipient’s expense and you will give him the customer code already provided. Upon return, the recipient will be charged for all shipping costs regarding return and re-dispatch. The cost is usually 7 euros for packages up to 2 kg. Please keep the voucher until we receive the parcel.
- We will make the new shipment within 3 working days from the receipt of the item and you will receive an update with the shipment number of the parcel.

- Visit our shop bringing the item purchased and the purchase document to help you with the exchange.
Refund

- The value of the items purchased will be returned within 3 working days, after deducting the shipping costs for the return of the parcel.
Special Item Categories
- No exchanges or returns are made to groin and mouth guards for hygiene reasons.
- As far as hakamas are concerned, it is absolutely necessary not to cut the threads that hold them, because there will be no possibility of exchange or return.
- Mats (tatamis) that have been ordered for import can be canceled or withdrawn by the customer, but 80% of the required deposit is non-refundable.
